In the course of adaptation and methodological assistance of young professionals to the collective
environment, the Deputy Director of the School for Scientific Affairs Baitas
Gulshat Berikbayeva wished good luck to young professionals and introduced to
the mentors. She introduced the plan of working with school young specialists for
this year. There were conducted trainings for developing the methodical ability
and usage the pedagogical skills in different situations. Firstly, the teachers were
introduced in couples and then to each other. (birth, school, family, profession,
etc.).
They were given a task about what they had noticed by looking at the
picture at the training session "What are you?". On the basis of this, everyone was
able to find new things about himself. In the future, the main attention will be
given to understanding the problem and then making the right decision. In order to
improve the emotional relationship and develop their empirical possibilities the
young specialists were played the game “Tower” in team.
This step allowed us to see creative possibilities of the participants and
to raise their mood. They shared their thoughts by watching the video "Everything
in your Hand". As a result, young professionals realized that improving their
knowledge and professional skills are in their hands. They planned their further
steps by filling in the sheet "My Step to the Future”. At the end of the training, the
lights were lit and the participants shared their gratitude.
